Click and Drag

To move an activity from one location to another, just click on the activity description for the activity you wish to move, and drag it to its new location. Notice as you drag your activity up and down your outline that a red line appears whenever you hold the activity between 2 activities, and a purple bar appears whenever you hold your activity directly over another activity. The red line indicates where your activity will be inserted when you drop it, whereas the purple bar highlights the new parent activity of the activity you are currently dragging. To change the position of an activity without altering its hierarchical location in your outline, just click and drag the activity and drop it between 2 other activities -- the activity will move to wherever the red line has indicated when you drop it.
