Activity Settings

Notice that the Activities outline is segmented by a number of columns. Each of these columns represents an activity setting that you can use to better define your activity. You can customize which columns are displayed in you activities outline by right clicking on any column heading and clicking "choose which columns to show." You can also click and drag these column headings to adjust the visual layout of the columns displayed.

To better define your activity, adjust its activity settings: give it a due date and an importance level, create sub-activities, put it in a category, and include Progress notes.

You can also put it on your plate, so that you are reminded that it needs to be done now.

You may also want to detail your activity further by adding some linked notes.
