Synchronize Activities with Outlook Tasks

To synchronize your Accomplice activities with your Outlook tasks, just click File > Import/Export > Sync Activities with Outlook Tasks.

All of your Outlook tasks will be imported to the Accomplice application as activities, and will retain all their Outlook settings (status, priority, due date, etc). Likewise, all your Accomplice activities will be exported to Outlook, where they will retain all their settings.

If you change any task settings in Outlook or activity settings in Accomplice, those settings will be communicated the next time you Synchronize your Accomplice activities with Outlook.

Note that no comments, notes or categories will be communicated either from Outlook to Accomplice or from Accomplice to Outlook.

By default, activities and tasks are kept consistent when you synchronize your Accomplice activities with your Outlook tasks. This means that if a task is changed in Outlook, that change will be imported to Accomplice when you sync. However, if you tend to do most of your work in Accomplice, you may want to change your Import/Export preference such that Accomplice always overwrites Outlook. That way any changes that are accidentally made in Outlook will be overridden by the Accomplice versions of your activities.
