Delete an activity

To delete an activity, click on the activity you would like to delete in the activity outline, and then click on the "delete" button in the activity toolbar. A window will pop up asking you how you would like to handle the deletion of the activity. Depending on whether your activity has any linked notes or sub-activities, this pop-up may look somewhat different.

The first section allows you to decide whether to delete the activity, "mark it as filed," or "mark it as canceled."

The second section asks you what you would like to do with all the sub-activities of the activity (if any): cancel them? Delete them? Turn them into top-level activities?

The last section of the deletion window asks you what you would like to do with any notes linked to the activity. You can delete the notes along with the activity, or keep them in your system but unlink them from the activity.

Shared activities are automatically unshared when you delete them.
