Status

Each of your activities has a "Status" which is represented by a square box to the left of the activity's description. That status reflects where the activity stands.
Whenever you create a new activity, its status is Active, which means that it needs doing. After you finish the activity, you can mark it as Complete by clicking on the status box. You can also change an activity's status to Pending, Canceled, or Filed to keep track of its progress. To change an activity's status, click on the small down arrow next to the status box and select the appropriate status from the list displayed.
When you launch the Accomplice program, only the activities marked as either Active or Pending are displayed in your activities pane. This helps narrow your focus to the tasks at hand. The Status field is common, meaning that when you are sharing an activity with a team of people, any changes that you make to the activity's Status will be propagated to everyone on your team. So if you mark the activity as complete, everyone will see that the activity is now complete. This helps everyone on your team to stay in sync on shared tasks and projects.
