Importance and Due Date

You can define your new activity by giving it a due date and an importance level. Click on the "Due" field to set a due date for your activity, or click on the column with the three bars to give it a priority level.

You can change either of these settings whenever you wish by clicking on the appropriate icon. To erase a due date, click on the due date field, and press the delete key.

Both the Importance and the Due Date fields are common, meaning that when you are sharing an activity with a team, any changes that you make to either of these fields will propagate to the rest of your team. So if you change the due date to tomorrow, everyone will see that the due date is tomorrow. This allows your team to stay in sync on your shared tasks and projects.
