Progress

Each activity also has a Progress field. This field is designed for you to log anything pertaining to the progress of your activity.

When you type progress notes and press enter, and a new note will be created in your notebook and automatically linked to the activity for easy indexing. You can type new Progress notes over old ones as you take steps towards completing your activity.

Because the Progress field displays only the last comment you entered for the activity, you can easily pick up work on a project wherever you left off. And with all your Progress notes saved in the notebook, it only takes a single click to see all the things you've already done pertaining to that activity.

Note that if your activity is shared with other people, the Progress you enter for that activity will also be shared. So if you would like to make private Progress notes on an activity that you are sharing, create linked, private notes in your Notebook.

By default, the Progress field is not displayed in your activities list. However, you can easily display the progress column in your activity list by clicking on the View menu and selecting Choose Activity Columns. A window will appear with all the columns you can choose to display in your activity list. Check the ones you wish to display, and click "OK."
