Categories

You may also want to give your activities a category. Click on the category field and enter a short description of what kind of activity this is. Is it something that can be done in the office, at home, on the phone, in the car?
Any category that you enter will be saved for future reference, so if you would like to put new activities into pre-existing categories, just click on the down arrow on the right side of the category field and select the category of your choice.
The Category field is not common, which means that when you are sharing an activity with a team, any changes that you make to the category field will not overwrite your teammates' categories. Other activity settings, such as the description, status, and due date, are common. This way everyone can actively control how their activities are organized, without falling out of sync with the team. You can always find out which categories your teammates are using by going to the Others' Activities view.
