How do I filter my Activities?

To adjust your Activity view, click on one of the Activity Lists in the Dashboard. Each list gives you a different view of your activities, so you can narrow your focus and work on the right things at the right time. For example, click on the "On My Plate" list and your Activity Outline will refresh to show you all the activities that are on your plate. Click on the "Must do soon" list, and all the activities due in the next week with an importance of "Must Do" will be displayed.

You can also create your own Activity List filters. Just click on the "Manage Activity Lists" button to pop open the activity list helper window.

From here, click "new" and the filter builder will pop open. You can define almost any criteria you wish. Want an Activity List that shows you all the shared activities that you are working on, that have been requested by your boss, and that are overdue? Build it! How about one that contains all the activities that are on your plate and have the the word "call" anywhere in the description, next steps, or category field, so you can see all the phone calls you need to make today? You can make almost any filter you need using the Activity List builder.

Just click the "Add Criteria" button to define the filter you wish to create, and then give it a name up in the Short Description box at the top of the screen.
