How do I use Activities?

An activity can be a small to-do item or task, a bigger goal, a project, or an appointment. Use the Activities pane to write down anything you need to get done. 




To create an activity, just click on any empty space in the Activities pane, and enter a description of your new activity. The activity description should be a concise reminder of what it is that needs to be done. You can adjust your activity's settings to better define what needs to be done and when.

Put activities on your plate to remind yourself that it's time to work on them, or snooze them until later to avoid forgetting the things that need to get done. 

You can always re-organize your activities by dragging and dropping them or by using the easy keyboard shortcuts (ctrl +up/down/left/right arrow).
