How do I share activities with other people?
"Sharing" allows you to delegate, co-contribute to a goal, or inform others about activities and public notes that are linked to your shared activities. With Accomplice's sharing capability you can easily pull people together to work on projects and keep everyone up to date on what's going on.
To share an activity, add contacts directly into the Team field. When you have added all the team members you'd like to share your activity with, just hit Enter.

The next time Accomplice syncs, your activity will be sent to all the members of the team.
If you would like to share an activity with someone who is not in your contacts, just type their email address directly into the Team field. If the email address belongs to a registered Accomplice user, the activity will be shared with them. If the email address does not belont to a registered Accomplice user, you will be prompted to invite them to download and use Accomplice.
You can also...
Drag a contact from the contacts panel over to the activity you wish to share. When you drop the contact, they will be added to the team. That's it!
Select the activity you wish to share, and click on small down arrow in the Team Field. This opens up the Team Edit Box, in which you can designate an "Owner" to take the lead on an activity, share all notes linked to an activity, share sub-activities, and more.
Once an activity is shared, all team members will receive changes made by each other so they can keep up to date on the state of the activity. Certain activity settings, like the on my plate field, are kept private -- other team members will not be notified when you place a shared activity on or off your plate. Other fields are common. If you mark the activity as complete or change the due date, all of your team members will see that the activity has been completed, or that the due date has changed.
As you and your team members create subtasks below your shared activity, those subtasks will automatically be shared with the rest of the team as well. You can designate different owners for each subtask, add or subtract team members, or unshare subtasks to keep them private.
When you share activities, you may want to share your linked notes as well. To do this, just check to make sure that the notes you wish to share have been marked as Public, meaning that anyone sharing the linked activity can see them. Private notes will not be seen by your teammates.
