How do I see what my team is up to?
Just look at your activity! Most of the activity settings for shared activities are common, meaning that if anyone changes them in his/her Accomplice, they will change on yours as well. This means that if one of your teammates changes the due date of a shared activity, your due date will update to reflect his/her change. And if someone completes the activity, you will see that it has been completed, so you know that you no longer have to worry about working on it!
Certain other fields are not common, meaning that when you make changes to them, other people will not see them. These fields include the On My Plate setting and the category. If you put an activity on your plate, it will not automatically be put on everyone else's plate. The same goes for your activity's category.
The Progress field is slightly different from all the other fields. If you add Progress notes to your activity, other people will be able to see those notes by holding their mouse over the Progress field. However, your progress notes will not overwrite theirs, meaning that they will be able to add and update their own Progress comments, and view yours (and every teammembers').
Sometimes you may want to view all the activities you are sharing with a given person, or see which activities your co-worker has on his/her plate. To do this, just use the "Others' Activities" button in the Activity Toolbar. Click on the "Others' Activities" button and select the person whose activities you would like to view.
Your activities list will refresh to show you their activities -- in other words, all the activities that you are sharing with them. But you will see the activities exactly as they are displayed on your teammates' system, so you can see which activities s/he has marked as "On My Plate," which categories they are in, and whether or not they are listed in the same order as you. If at any time you want to compare your version of an activity to theirs, you can simply right click on their activity and select "Go to my version."
To stop viewing other people's activities, just click on the "My Activities" button in the activity toolbar.
