How do I turn an email into a sharable, trackable activity?

There are 2 ways to transform an email into an activity. The first is to simply drag your Outlook email from the Email Viewlet (in the Dashboard) to the Activities outline. If you drop the email on one of your Accomplice activities, a window will pop-up asking if you would like to turn the email into a sub-activity of that activity. If you click "no" the email will simply be linked (as a note) to the activity.

The second way to create an activity from an email is to right click on the email in your Email Viewlet, and select "Turn into an Accomplice Activity."

You can now share your new activity, along with any of its linked notes.

You can also link an email to an Accomplice note. To do this, simply drag the email to the datestamp area on the left side of the note. The email will be linked to that note for your future reference.

Note that if you move the linked email to a different folder in your Email Client, the Accomplice link to that email will no longer work. This means that if you link an email to an Accomplice note or activity while that email is in your inbox, and you then subsequently move that email to a different email folder, clicking on the email link in Accomplice will fail to find the email.
