The Team Panel

The team panel provides you with an easy way to share activities and keep up to date on how everyone on your team is progressing.

The team panel is located in the middle of the activities tab: below your activity outline and above your notes pane. You can open and close the team panel by clicking on the "Team" button on the right side of the panel.

When expanded, the team panel displays basic sharing information related to whichever activity you have selected in your list above. Click on a shared activity and the team panel will refresh to show you:

Who owns an activity (name displayed in regular font)

Who is on the team (names displayed in italics)

Who requested the activity

You can share activities with other people by entering their contact info directly into the team panel. Just type an email address into text box and click the OK button. If the email address belongs to an Accomplice user it will be recognized, and your activity will be shared with them.

If the email is not registered with Accomplice, you will be asked if you would like to invite the person to begin using Accomplice. If you decide to invite the person, we will send an email to them inviting them on your behalf, and informing them how to download and begin using Accomplice. When they start using Accomplice, the activity you have shared with them will arrive at the top of their activity list.

Note that the team panel provides you with most of the same information that is displayed in the Team field, in the activity list. But the team panel is bigger which makes it more helpful for those activities you are sharing with large teams. With the team panel, you can view your whole team without having to resize any of the columns in your activity list.
