Contacts

In order to share activities with other people, you must add their e-mail addresses to your Accomplice Contact book. 

To view your contacts, click on File > Contacts, and your contact book will appear. 

To add a new contact to your book, click on the Add/Delete Contacts bar at the bottom of the window, and type the email address of the contact you wish to add.

If the contact is a registered Accomplice user, his/her name will be filled in automatically. 

If s/he is not yet an Accomplice user, you will be prompted to invite him/her to start using Accomplice. 

When you invite someone to begin using Accomplice, we will send them an email on your behalf informing them to download and install Accomplice.

You can also add new contacts and invite new people to use Accomplice by sharing activities with them. Rather than adding them to your contacts, just enter their email addresses directly into the team field. The new  contact will be automatically added to your Contact book, and the activity will be shared.
