Stop sharing

You can stop sharing any activity in just two easy steps.

First select the activity you wish to stop sharing and click on the down arrow in the team field:

This will open the Team Edit Box.

Next, click on the button that reads "Remove Me." You will be removed from the team, and will stop receiving updates for that activity. When you remove yourself, you can decide whether or not you would like to keep a copy of the activity in your activity list.

When your Accomplice automatically syncs out, all your teammates will be notified that you have stopped sharing this activity.

Unsharing

If you would like to stop sharing an activity that you created, you must "unshare" the activity. Unlike removing yourself from the team, "unsharing" an activity means that no one will continue to share updates or notes related to that activity.

You can unshare an activity exactly like you would remove yourself from the team -- click on the down arrow in the team field to open up the team edit box. Since you are the requester, you will see an "Unshare" button at the bottom of the team edit box instead of a "Remove Me" button. When you click the "Unshare" button, all other team members will be notified that the activity is no longer being shared. They will all have the option to either delete the activity from their activity lists, or to keep a copy for their records.

If you are creating a subtask of in a shared activity tree and you do not want that subtask to be shared with the rest of the team, just open the team edit box and click "unshare." The activity will not be sent to any of your team members, and they will not be notified of its existence in any way.

Removing Team members

To remove someone else from your team for any given shared activity, open the Team edit box by clicking on the small down arrow in the team panel. Then click on the X next to the person(s) you wish to remove. After you click "OK," the people you removed from the team will be notified that you are no longer sharing this activity with them.
