What is Sharing?

"Sharing" allows you to delegate tasks, co-contribute to a goal, and keep everyone on a team informed about activities. With Accomplice's sharing capability you can easily pull people together to work on projects and keep everyone up to date on what's going on.

For example: say you're working with other people on a project. Over time, you could accrue a trail of emails, voice mails, and notes, none of which are very easy to find. With Accomplice, you can create an activity (or an outline of activities) and "share" it with a team. This means that everyone you have chosen to share the project with will receive a copy of the project as you define it in Accomplice.

As your teammates accept activities, their Accomplice systems will send back updates so you can keep an eye on what the team is up to. Each team member can create sub-activities that outline their contributions, or you can do this for them. Either way, everyone collaborating on the project can make changes and share notes with the rest of the team, so mission critical information is communicated to the entire team with a just few clicks of the mouse.

And because everything pertaining to your project is linked to a single activity (or hierarchy of activities), you won't have to dig through old files or emails to find the information you're looking for.
