Public and Private notes

Every note you create is either Public or Private. If you are not sharing any activities, all your notes will be Private, meaning that only you can see them. However, if you are sharing some activities, you will probably want to make some of your notes Public, so that the people you are sharing with can see them as well.

Each note has a "Public/Private" button on it. Just click on this button to change that note from Private to Public or Public to Private.

Any note you create is, by default, Private. However, if you would like to change your default settings so that new notes linked to shared activities are automatically Public, you can do so in your Preferences.
