Your "General" preferences deal with basic application configurations. From here, you can configure:

Whether or not Accomplice should start automatically whenever you start up your computer.

The state you'd like Accomplice to start in (maximized? dashboard view? whatever it was when you closed it?)

Whether or not the Accomplice Minibar is enabled. (For more on how to use the minibar, click here)
