What is the Minibar?
The minibar is designed to give you access to Accomplice while you work in other applications. So if you're browsing the web and you suddenly remember something you need to get done, you can use the minibar to enter the activity directly into Accomplice, without having to switch views or stop what you're doing.
The minibar hides at the top of your screen when not being used -- to find it, move your mouse up to the top of your screen and it will drop down.

On the left side of the minibar is the New Activity field. Enter your activity description here.
The right side of the minibar contains five buttons: Details, OK, Attachments, Main Window, and Exit.
Click on Details to enter more specific settings for your new activity (importance, due date, Next Steps, category, etc).
You can drag files or emails from anywhere on your system (My Documents, Outlook, etc) and drop them on the minibar. These files will be saved in the attachment box on the minibar (the paperclip icon). Just enter a new activity description, and click OK, and the activity will be added to your activity list, with the files attached to a linked note. You can attach as many files as you'd like to a given activity by simply dragging them to the minibar.
Click on OK to add the activity to your Accomplice Activity outline. Once you've added the activity, a link will appear in the minibar, indicating that the activity has been added to your list. Just click on this link to pull up Accomplice and navigate to the new activity.
Click on Main Window to bring the Accomplice window to the center of your screen.
Click on the X to close the Minibar (Accomplice will continue to run).
